It is deeply a committed organisation to NI economy promoting employment and entrepreneurship among ethnic minority professionals and entrepreneurs. We strive to empower the ecosystem and engage individuals by providing them with opportunities to flourish in their careers and businesses. Our team and projects aim to support ethnic minority professionals in their employment & business journeys by collaborating with employers, business support organisations, councils, research community and business owners.
